OFFICE ACTIVITIES

1. Office Timing : 9.30 AM to 6.00 PM including 45 minutes Lunch (1.00 PM to 1.45 PM)

2. Salary Increments : 6 /12 Months (5% to 20% according to performance)

3. Working Days : Monday to Saturday with 1 Paid Leave (PL) in a Month. 2nd Saturday of the month is off but if employee leaves are more than 7 days in a month or above 4 days in a row then it will be a not holiday for that employee.

  • Note:- If you didn’t use your PL’s, you will get extra benefits on the time of salary increment according to your unused PL’s.

4. Awards in Company for work Appreciation :

A. Employee of the Month & Employee of the Year Award :- (Paused for few months)

  • EOM Prize : 1,100/- INR.
  • EOY Price : EOY Trophy, Appreciation Certificate and 5,100/- INR.
  • Criteria of wining EOM Award : Presence in office, behaviour in office, work quality & dedication about Work.
  • Criteria of wining EOY Award : Higher Number of wining EOM Awards and Higher Rank in Ranking Table.

B. Referral Program for Extra Earning : If Company got any project through anyone, He/She will get 15% of that project’s budget.

5. Important:- Must Submit your daily work on Skype (Manishgrwl) that you have done for that day.

6. Learn & Fun Class : Every 2nd & 4th Saturday (Last 2 hours of working)

7. Notice Period : 30 Days applies on both (company & employee)

  • Note:- If Company break this notice period then company will pay 15 days salary or if employee break the notice period then employee’s last 15 days salary will be deducted.)

8. Leave without permission : If employee take leave without company permission then double days leave will be counted like if you take 1 day leave then 2 days salary will deduct.

9. Salary Decrement : Salary decrement can be upto 30% of employee current salary, if they found in any guilty such as unwanted leaves, leaves without permissions, bad behaviour, performance decrement  etc.

10. Rule of direct fired from the company without notice period:  If employee found in any guilty such as leaves without company permission above 3 days, company work loss due to employee & bad behaviour in office that can’t be accepted. In these conditions company has rights to fired you anytime without any notice period, it will be like as employee leave the company and in this condition employee 15 days salary will be deducted.

Note:- Use your Notebook to remember your daily/monthly tasks, keep your I-Cards during the office hours, use your Skype to official conversation only.
